Total Value Group was established through the strategic restructuring of Total Value Consulting Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd (TVCEG), a South African consulting engineering firm with a proven track record in infrastructure project delivery across the built environment.
Recognising that Africa’s water and sanitation challenges demand more than traditional consulting, requiring an integrated approach that spans project finance, infrastructure rehabilitation, performance-based operations, digital systems, and institutional capability transfer, the founder made the strategic decision to create a dedicated water performance platform.
Total Value Group represents a deliberate progression from project-based consulting to outcome-based platform delivery, from designing infrastructure to ensuring it works, pays for itself, and builds lasting institutional capability.
